Shaped through the artistic practice of choreographer Sibiry Konate, Silent Legacy blends personal storytelling with dance and movement, exploring identity, belonging, migration, and the experience of building a sense of home across cultures, while centering African diaspora narratives.

Silent Legacy is a powerful new film that centers African diaspora narratives, through artistry in choreography, exploring questions of identity, migration, belonging, and integration through lived experience. Rather than revealing the story itself, the film invites audiences into a reflective space. One that resonates deeply with Africans in the diaspora and especially with second-generation communities growing up between cultures.
